In our family-run hotel in Westerland on the island of Sylt, you’ll receive a comprehensive apprenticeship with personal support, a strong team at your side, and plenty of room for growth and development.

What Awaits You

During your apprenticeship, you’ll get to know all key areas of our hotel:

  • Service – becoming a charming and competent host

  • Housekeeping – keeping everything clean and detailed with care

  • Kitchen – preparing delicious breakfast moments for our guests

  • Front Office (Reception) – being the first impression and trusted contact

  • Administration & Organization – understanding and shaping internal processes

Alongside your practical training, you’ll attend vocational school in block sessions and benefit from regular in-house training on current industry topics. This ensures you’re well prepared for your final exams and future professional life.

What You Bring

  • A completed school education

  • Ideally, a previous internship in the hospitality industry

  • A genuine passion for working with people and welcoming guests

  • Team spirit, reliability, and a willingness to learn
